Frequently Asked Questions

Fit: Scales the content to fit entirely within each grid cell, preserving all content but possibly leaving white margins.

Fill (Crop): Scales the content to fill the entire grid cell, which may crop edges but ensures no white space.

Choose “Fit” for important edge content, “Fill” for full-page coverage.

We recommend 5–10mm (or 0.2–0.4 inches) of overlap. This gives you a margin to trim and align pages accurately.

  • For A4/Letter pages: 5mm overlap
  • For larger prints: 10mm overlap
  • Use a ruler and trim carefully for best results

Yes. You can select a page range in the “Advanced Options” section. Each selected page will be split according to your grid settings.

Example: Enter “1-3,5” to posterize pages 1, 2, 3, and 5.

Choose the paper size you’ll actually print on:

  • US Users: Letter (8.5×11 in)
  • International: A4 (210×297 mm)
  • Larger Posters: A3 or Legal for fewer pieces
  • Use “Automatic” orientation unless you need specific layout control
